Guacamole
Guacamole is a classic for a reason, what could be easier or more satisfying than mashing ripe avocados, adding chopped tomatoes, onions, lime juice, coriander, and a hint of salt and pepper?
Salad dressing
Blend ripe avocado with olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and your favourite herbs to create a smooth and creamy salad dressing that you can drizzle it over fresh greens or use as a dip.
Smashed avo
Avocado on toast – do we need to say more? Possibly the simplest and most delicious breakfast to add to your menu. Add a sprinkle of salt and pepper, cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, spinach leaves and red pepper flakes, or a drizzle of balsamic glaze for a classic all-day breakfast.

The addition of avocado can elevate a smoothie from a tasty drink to a satisfying meal thanks to its creamy texture and healthy fats. Throw in a banana, berries, spinach, and coconut water for a thick drink that will power you for hours.

SERVES 4
Ingredients:
- 454g tub frozen Edgell Chunky Avocado Pulp, thawed
- 60g smooth or crunchy peanut butter
- 30g cocoa powder
- 30g honey
- 20ml milk, optional
- Fresh berries and mint, for serving
Method:
- Blend Edgell Avocado, peanut butter, cocoa powder and honey in a food processor until smooth. Add milk to adjust consistency, if required.
- Portion into serving dishes, cover and refrigerate for 3 hours.
- Serve garnished with fresh berries and mint.
